Mirrastone was founded in 2005 by Directors Charles Agius and Pasquale (Pas) Garofalo, both of whom are highly regarded in the industry for their extensive experience and contribution to industry bodies such as the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV), Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Urban Development Institute of Victoria (UDIA).

Nathan Jenkinson

With nearly two decades of experience across all facets of housing and development, Nathan Jenkinson began his career as a credit controller before moving through roles in land and housing development. He co-founded SOHO Living, growing it into Victoria’s leading semi-detached home builder, and has since led multiple brands with a focus on people-first leadership, innovation, and creating opportunities for teams and partners to thrive.

Charles Agius

A qualified Accountant and Licensed Estate Agent, Charles commenced his career in the housing and property development industry back in 1995, having previously worked for the Victorian Government.

Pasquale Garofalo

Pas holds a degree in Building Construction and has forged a distinguished career in the industry. He is actively involved in the MBAV and has successfully participated in a number of committees both at a state level and local government level.
